- Provide the admin an email address to which you want to receive emails that are sent to <alias>@crystalpointjc.com

Configure e-mail client to send emails as <alias>@crystalpointjc.com
- Ask the admin to create a unique app password to enable sending emails as <alias>@crystalpointjc.com
- The admin first needs to visit http://myaccount.google.com > Directory > Users to verify that <alias>@crystalpointjc.com is not a real user; if <alias> is a real user, sending emails as that user will not work.
- Next the admin needs to visit http://myaccount.google.com > Security > App passwords, select app "Mail" and select device "Other (custom name)"; then enter the unique receiving email address as the description. It is important to choose a unique email address or similar description so that it is possible to uniquely identify this sending client to revoke email sending if necessary.
- Once all fields are filled in, click "Generate" to obtain a unique password and share the app password with the requestor.
- Once you, the requestor, receive the unique app password, you can configure your email client.
- In your Gmail open Settings > Accounts > Add another email address and new window opens up.
- Fill in your name as "Name" and <alias>@crystalpointjc.com as the "Email address"; keep the checkbox "Treat as an alias" checked and click "Next".
- Fill in "smtp-relay.gmail.com" as the "SMTP Server", port should be "587", use "admin@crystalpointjc.com" as the "Username", and use the unique app password at the "Password". Keep TLS selected as the communication protocol and click "Add address".
- An email with a verification code will be sent to <alias>@crystalpointjc.com. Once you receive the email, copy the verification code into the input box and click "Verify".
- Finally, visit again Gmail Settings > Accounts > When replying to a message and select "Reply from the same address the message was sent to".
- You are done; when composing a new email, you can now choose in the "From" field which email address the message should be sent from.
